The former Pontiac Dealer first charged to replace the window motor and regulator for $270. When I picked up the car there was still the pinging noise when the window was going down and still a rattle in the door when the car hit a bump. They finally found the problem was the door check link scratching a grove into the window glass.

my passenger side window started making a popping noise going up and down and then one day it got stuck going down then it fell scattering to a million pieces and now my driver side window is making the same popping sound

I'm angry because there is a recall for this problem of the window popping and the dealership will not fix it because they have no recall but it's on the web site of Pontiac, so what am I to do ? It's screwing up my tint on my window that I will have to pay to fix along with the window until Pontiac pays for this recall.
