The gas smell is making me sick on the stomach. work in nursing and my patients have been commenting a lot.

MY CAR WAS LEAKING FUEL WHEN I FILLED UP , HAD THE SENSORS REPLACED, STILL NOT SURE IF IT STILL LEAKS.

Update from Nov 12, 2012 - spent 1100.00 fuel gauge still not working,

Fuel tank was smelling. Pulled into local mechanic and they found leak in fuel tank. Checked but said no recall. Fixed it, needed new sensor and new battery to the tune of 1200.00. When I was looking for another problem I was having in november, I see there is a possible recall. Called GM and was told it was not an official recall yet but I would be notified if my vin # was involved. Very suspicious
