First the speedometer went, then the gas gauge, now the tachometer is acting stupid too, so it's going. What a shame GM won't issue a recall on what is obviously a VERY COMMON PROBLEM with this make and model.

Neither my speedometer or gas gauge are reliable at all!! I was told by a mechanic that it would be at least $500 to get a replacement from GM, which I can't afford, and I'd be without my car for a week, which isn't an option for me.

My cars gauges have been erratic for some time. Its very frustrating as there are numerous complaints but gm doesn't want to take responsibility. The gas gauge sometimes read empty or pegged out, as does the temp. The tach has stopped working completely.
