My gripe,

This is the 5th quality related issue I have had on this car in 2 weeks. The windshield was installed over the weather striping on the lower drivers side, thus creating pressure on the windshield and causing it to break for no apparent reason.

I the day this happened I took my new car into the dealer for a warranty claim (400 miles on the car). After spending 2 hours waiting for the service manager to look at the car, he stated that this was not a covered repair. He then proceeded to call me a liar, ask it I broke the window. When I started to raise my voice with him to me not to be aggressive. I requested that he contact the RM for GM, that this was crap he again told me not to be aggressive and he would need me to leave.

Well, I did get a statement from the company that replaced my window that it was not installed correctly; they could find no damage that would cause this windshield to break at the frame in 12 spots. I am currently waiting for a response from 1-800-GM-sucks
