for a while i had seen trans fluid leaking from the passenger side axle shaft output.

finally i took the shaft out and determined the trans seal is worn, but the shaft wobbles a lot, a lot more than the driver side, so i called around to some trans shops, and they have a aftermarket device that gets inserted into output shaft opening and stiffens up the shaft. apparently over time the inner surface of the transmission wears, causing the CV shaft to wobble and stretch the outer seal allowing leaks. they installed this add on bearing and its over a rear later and no leaks :) this is the TM125 trans that's used on MANY gm products over the years.
