Occurrence happened during a hale storm. While my wife and daughter were driving to the doctors offfice on a busy 8-lane highway, it began to rain and hale. When my wife turned on the wipers, the wiper arms rose but were not syncronized. The results were that the arms collided with one another bending them and rendering them useless in a matter of seconds..in these few seconds my family was placed in a life threatening situation. This is the second such occurance in 9 months.
