Well let me start off by saying GM SUCKS!!! IF you are looking for a safe car look into a different car than this 30,000 miles and bam there is a fire in the cab also note there is no modification to this car at all no even as much as a wire cut this car has been reported to Gm and i got a run around it's been 6 months and still nothing GM Sucks they told me after i have sent in all the forums went through 100 departments that they were still investigating the complaint but they didn't even offer to repair the car nor did they show any concern i was burnt in the process of putting the fire out after all the crap i have went through i'd be happy to just have my car fixed i don't think i am asking much not asking for a new car just want this one fixed i feel unsafe driving a ticking time bomb and i will not ever buy from gm again or will ever buy anything newer than a 90 from them as they are junk I've learned i am a mechanic and this shouldn't happen not with the low mileage there is water leak on the cowl that lets water run from the outside into the heater box were it enters the heater motor and shorts it out in turn causing a fire so i urge all you to email so i can get enough complaints to show gm what crap these are i know your out there so email me s10king91@live.com also i urge you to complain to them daily 24/7
