basically the fluid didn't come out and there was fluid in the bottle. change the sole. in the fluid bottle. worked good after changing it.

minor problem that I think I could fix If I knew what was wrong. I hate to spend $300 that my mechanic said it may cost.

Windshield wipers will not put fluid onto winshield and it sucks when 4 months out of the year you have to drive in snowy conditions and behind other vehicles that have mist/snow falling off of their cars/trucks and onto yours but you can't clean the winshield off.
