Engine fire in Jan. 07, repaired, 2nd engine fire May 07. Both related to fuel delivery system. Jan fire, vehicle was being driven, gas smell occurred and engine fire occurred shortly after smell was noticed. May fire/vehicle started, a popping noise occurred and a engine fire occurred.

While driving my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix gtp, the ses lamp suddenly began flashing. I pulled over and the engine burst into flames. The car had been running fine beforehand. The car was totalled.
