All of a sudden my CD player stopped working. You put a CD in and it spits it right back out. The company did not want to hear it, the car was out of warranty. To replace this system will cost about $400.00 plus installation. I attempted to get a different type of stereo system for the car, but in order to hook it up, you need special wiring that costs about another $150.00 PLUS, if you need to change out speakers that will cost even more. I know a lot of people that have cars older than this that have never had a problem with their stereo system. This is a pain when you do a lot of traveling and can't listen to your favorite songs, I'm very happy Pontiac no longer is in business, they were worthless anyways--unless you are under warranty.
