- The Answer To All Your Problems - Use this site to fix BOTH problems with these cars. One is the Hazzard switch which fails and makes your blinkers work sporadically $20 fix. The other problem, making the binnker sound/clicking is fixed by cleaning the turn signal contacts(free). I have the same issues (both) and amd currently working with GM to see what it is they do.

Bought this 2002 Grand Am on July 22 at the Ford Dealership here in Mason City, Iowa and as soon as I drove down the street the turn signals quit working. Made an appointment for the next day to have it looked at and the mechanics could find nothing wrong as the turn signals started working after the car had been shut off and restarted. Now the change oil light came on and has stayed on even tho the oil was changed 2 weeks ago.
