Consumer complained about a brake problem. Consumer replaced brakes every 4500 miles. Brake calipers were not allowing the pads to wear evenly, thus destroying the rotors.

While traveling at 35 mph vehicle kept locking up. Took vehicle to a mechanic who stated a bolt fell out of left front caliper. Cause unknown. Took to dealer, and they replaced bolt calipers. Vehicle is under warranty.
