So I have been going in circles with the dealership to get this problem fixed. They first said it was the strut mounts, which were replaced and it still made the same noise. Then I take it back to them for the same problem and the check engine light comes on. I printed off a TSB I found online regarding this problem, it noted lower control arms need to be replaced along with the ball joints. They ordered one lower control arm even though the bulletin states the fix is replacement of those parts. I asked them why they only ordered one and they said that was all that was wrong I reminded him of the bulletin and he stated that it had expired. Nice, so all the problems just go away because a bulletin has expired? I told him I wanted them all replaced as the TSB states should be done. After calling GM and him getting approval from someone, I thought all the parts were ordered and my car would be repaired properly. But no, a phone call today states they ordered the other control arms and that was it.

I bought the car in June 09/ I had the car one day and the check engine light came on-they couldn't find anything wrong, then the cd player was replaced. Check engine light on again- they state there was a loose sensor. Then the clunking started back in August/they replaced the strut mount/didn't fix. Took the the car back cause the check engine light was on and the clunking was still going on and the BS still continues. Will this ever end?

I'm about ready to declare this car a lemon & leave it at the dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
