GENERAL MOTORS: INCONSISTENT POWER STEERING ASSIST. A SCAN TOOL MAY SHOW DTC C0545 STORED IN HISTORY. SOME ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING COLUMNS THAT WERE INSTALLED IN THESE VEHICLES, PRODUCED IN THE SUBJECT TIME FRAME, MAY HAVE AN INTERMITTENT INTERNAL WIRING CONDITION CAUSES DTC C0545 TO SET INTERMITTENTLY. *PE
