Smoking At Startup

CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2009 is starting to have the same problems as previous model years, including the headlights blowing out due to bad connectors.

The wiring harness connections aren't a big deal to replace, as long as your dealer or mechanic doesn't charge you an arm & a leg to "diagnose" the problem.

Right before I took my car into the shop for many other issues sombody pointed out to me that the car would smoke at startup. The issue has been viewed by four people and multiple times. Unsure of the cause. Could possibly be an eletrical issue causing it to run on an odd air/fuel mixture since the smoke was grey and not blue or black. Was told by the shop it was throwing codes right and left, and would be a 200 dollar fee to look into it.
