Vehicle was having numerous issue's when I originally bought it under "GM certified" warranty. The vehicle when a passenger exits the vehicle after driving will keep the airbag sensor engaged and left on. The car will continue to beep for the passenger to buckle up the seat belt until you either stop and turn off the car or buckle the seat. This is without any weight on the vehicle. The airbag will also randomly turn off and on while a passenger is sitting in the vehicle during turn's and other common driving techniques. I have had three GM dealers look at the issue and they have failed to diagnose and fix the problem. I have been notified that they are pulling a code out of the ECM that they don't even know what it means... GM has failed to fix or offer a fix for this issue and I am worried that if these continue to happen if I am in a accident with a passenger my passenger airbag may not deploy because of the sensor issue. It has been checked for faulty wiring etc all have come up negative.

Have owned vehicle since Oct. 2008. Approx 1yr ago in 2009, started to experience airbag problems. Adult person of sufficient weight will sit in front passenger seat. At random points of car ride, passenger side airbag indicator will show "off" and car will chime while displaying message "airbag off" even though a person is sitting in the seat. Also, randomly when driving "service airbag" will show on dash and indicator light will show "on" when seat is not occupied. Contacted manufacturer and was told VIN is not included on airbag recall NHTSA # 07V146000 despite experiencing those issues.

The hood of the vehicle bent into the windshield and caused major damage. A police report was filed. The contact sustained major injuries to her right shoulder. The passenger in the other vehicle also sustained unknown injuries. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they advised her to file a complaint with NHTSA. The manufacturer has not been notified. The cause of the failure has not been determined. The current and failure mileages were 3,700.

I was completely stopped at a red light on the off ramp of the freeway when a truck hit me from the back which forced me into the Jeep in front of me. I was hit dead on in the rear which caused me to hit the Jeep in front of me dead on, my air bags did not deploy. This caused damage to my neck, shoulders and back also has a bruised liver. ** didn't my airbags deploy****

On October 31,2008 I was in an automobile accident where I was going approximately 30 mph when I hit someone straight on from behind. My airbag did not deploy, nor did my seat belt lock up.
