The contact owns a 2007 Pontiac G6. When the vehicle is placed in park, the doors on the vehicle remain locked. When the doors were unlocked, the doors would still fail to open. The contact also used the key to manually unlock the doors, but they still would not open. The vehicle has been to the dealer several times, but was not diagnosed. The current mileage was 17,000 and failure mileage was 3,000.
