Bonneville SE V6

I can be driving down the expressway and the car just shuts off, everything goes dead! Cannot restart it for awhile. This has been going on for months now, and as time goes by it continually gets worse. I have taken it to two different mechanics and they say there is nothing they can find wrong with it, to take it to a GM dealership! Yeah, who can afford that?? The gas gauge never reads right, goes haywire as you are driving, you dont know whether you have a full tank or it is on empty. Have to make sure you put gas in while calculating how far you have driven. If the car will even restart....this is becoming a money pit car, have replaced all wheel bearings, all brakes all the way around more than once! This car was bought in Florida, so it should run better than a car from the north-NO SUCH LUCK!

This car is the biggest piece of sh*t I ever owned. First wheel bearings, then door windows, then tie rod end, Now the engine has just up and quit. Ran fine one day, the next day, ck engine light comes on and the car will barely start, then won't accelerate to more than 35 mph. looks like the fuel pump going bad. Pretty sad for a $30,000 car that is allegedly Pontiac's flagship. Oh yeah, and Pontiac won't help at all. "It's your problem" I was told.

Bonneville V6

80000 miles and no power after keeping the high octane in engine even though the cost was out of site, changing oil every 3000 miles, wish I had a foreign car instead.
