Leaky fuel pressure regulator caused starting difficulty consistent with symptoms described in NHTSA campaign id number : 04V090000, but my vehicle was not included in that recall. Problem persisted for a few months in fall 2007 until diagnosed and repaired by dealer. Consumer charged $184.85.
