Ball joints factory installed with no grease fittings dried out with no way to lubricate. Causing popping, knocking noise under front end of Plymouth Voyager. This was found after an accident where the front end of vehicle was off in a ditch. Mechanic had overlooked this issue earlier and the joint broke on that customer. This was not the cause of my accident but mechanic had seen it before and spotted it immediately. I could not locate anything on the web site regarding this issue. I do not feel like I should have to pay for this repair. Chrysler should know better.
