Consumer states that instrumental panel light system is not working at all. Dealer has inspected vehicle three times, and problem still recurring.

The interior light did not come on. The drivers side window failed intermittently. The dash lights flickered. Occasionally the horn would fail. Metal fragment cut through the power steering and caused noise when steering. The door handle didn't open smoothly. The dealer replaced front struts and rear shock absorbers. Also, replaced leaking engine valve cover gasket, engine belt and tensioner..
