Vehicle needed fuel tank straps. Unable to repair vehicle properly because dealer informed consumer that the parts were on national back order. Seeking help from NHTSA in this matter.

Manufacturer's recall notice received concerning fuel tank straps. Dealer contacted, and informed consumer that no part was available. It would be approximately 11/2 -2 weeks before parts may be received. Will generate a computer report, and start calling for appointment.
