The car seat came with the vehicle and harness latch opened and closed intermittently. The consumers daughter was buckled into the built in car seat, and when it was time to get her out, the seat belt wouldn't extend out to release. The straps remained locked and will not release. Scc

Both integrated child safety seat straps would not unlatch. Needed to used a screw driver to unlatch harness straps. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that was not covered under a recall, and any repairs would be at consumer's cost. Asking NHTSA to look into this matter.
