I found the Plymouth technical service bullitin numbers regarding wiper problems just like mine. Starting w/083695reva, 081597, 081597A, 083198. These all describe the same problems I have had prior to a total failure of windshield wipers w/the exception of cleaning where it will make two passes, and no more. If I want to use the wipers for anything, I can only do so by using the washer option. This is an update to my information I submitted on 10/10/2001. Thank you.
