Caliper bolts were loose and were making a noise. After checking found that these bolts were loose before they fell out completely. Consumer states that the A/C vents were loose and broke.

Brakes were making noise during normal operation of vehicle. Dealership examined vehicle, and found that two bolts were missing from front brake calipers. Dealership made repairs which corrected the problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.

7 months after purchase of brand new vehicle and while driving, vehicle had no brakes, mechanic stated that the brake line shattered and that it was a manufacturer's problem, also broken was a caliper, when consumer contacted dealer, they stated this was not their problem.
