Tumble or tumbler in ignition fell apart. Unable to start vehicle. Dealer replaced part, problem reoccurred.

Head gasket replaced, then it lost all power, and engine service light came on. I took it back, they said it needed spark plugs. I have it back, but it is still missing and I am not convinced that my problems are over.
