There was a recall on my van for the clockspring. I took it to hayes Chrysler, and they verified that it was under warranty to have it replaced at no cost. Just wanted to report this recall to be added to the VIN history. Hayes will be repairing it within the next couple of days.

The contact owns a 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The air bag warning indicator light illuminated. When the vehicle was stopped, all of the gauge needles in the instrument panel would fluctuate up and down. The dealer serviced the vehicle for NHTSA campaign id number 04V480000 (air bags). The air bag light dimmed for six months, but then illuminated again. The dealer stated that the power distributor failed and they replaced the pdc. The failure mileage was 56,000 and current mileage was 105,000.

There is a recall on Plymouth Voyager 1998 and older doing the same things my 2000 is doing, which is not under recall. The specific problems are: The airbag light has been on constantly for 6 weeks and for the past month the horn does not honk and the cruise control doesn't turn on. I'm very concerned about what exactly is wrong with the airbags, now that I know there is a recall issue for older models. I have not attempted to have it repaired, because I cannot afford to take it to the dealer for repair.
