The vehicle's front captain seat's seat belt are being replaced under the recall. The consumer indicates that the rear captains seats seat belts are the same exact style and should be replaced. The dealer will not repair what's not apart of the recall. The consumer indicated owning a Grand Voyager and the recall is on a Plymouth Voyager 1999. Consumer was asked to please provide a copy of the recall letter.
