PE00 020 ; consumer was traveling about 75mph on highway and heard a noise. He was able to control vehicle and bring to a halt. Left front Goodyear tire tire tread separated. Atp233575R14. Consumer states approximately six weeks later, a vibration could be felt while driving, another Goodyear tire had a bulge and was replaced.
