About a year after purchasing the car, brand new from the Peugeot Dealer, my airconditioning start failing, took it back to be checked since it was still under warranty and the dealer simply refilled the refrigerant gas, 3 months passed and once again the problem appeared and took it back, they said that there was a problem with the A/C compressor/condenser, so they filled the system with a special gas to detect leaks.

The problem started to get worst and every month I had to take it back to get a new fill since they couldn't fix the problem.

I took the car to the mechanic that my workmate uses for his 206 CC, he explained to me that the Peugeot 206 Evaporator is located behind the dash, so the entire dash must come off in order to replace it, so he started to check the whole A/C system and finally noticed that the a/c filling nozzle where the refrigerant gas is filled in was leaking, it cost only 10 bucks to fix this problem that the authorized dealer couldn't fix.
