Olds 2001 Silhouette premiere wheels on my car and apparently many others are forming bubbles and deteriorating causing flat tires. Olds secretively developed a plan to resurface these wheels but for cars even recently out of warranty they won't repair this latent defect. They know it is there they know it is a hazard, and they leave owners exposed.
