Consumer's vehicle was struck on the left side rear passenger door at 35-40 mph, and neither frontal air bags deployed. Manufacturer was notified.

While traveling East on I-40 at 70 mph, consumer was cut off by another driver. He tapped his brakes to take cruise control off and he lost control, the vehicle rolled over, and none of the airbags deployed.
