While driving, lights including the dashboard and headlights will dim or completely short out for seconds at a time. This has happened since 2001. The vehicle has been checked by dealer three times.

A/C does not cool. Rear A/C does not work at all after 4 attemps to fix. Vehicle makes a load noise on cold start. Interior and exterior lights dim off and on.
