The contact owns a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. While driving approximately 15 mph, the engine stalled and all the warning indicators on the instrument panel illuminated. The failure occurred four times. The dealer stated that the ignition switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 199,000.

The ignition switch failed while on vacation in 2006 and the ignition switch has gone bad again in less than a year and a half. This problem causes the car to cut off while driving and approximately 10 minute to get the car started again.

Consumer stated passenger's lock key malfunctioned. As result, the vehicle will not start....passenger's lock key intermittently does not allow the vehicle to start, resulting in a 10 second delay until computer resets itself.
