windshield wipers worked fine until I shut them off and they stayed in the vertical position. Dealer claims no liability. I'm currently arguing with GM since I believe it must be a manufacturing defect. How does one cause $500 worth of damage to windshield wipers? Did you ever hear of any recalls concerning this problem?
