2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue, vehicle was westbound on the Ohio turnpike when the right front tire came off. According to the police report, all the lug nuts and bolts were sheared off. There was damage to the front fender. (Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0247-89) updated 08/06/10
