Recall campaign 00V044000 concerning rear seat belt: Both rear shoulder belts are twisted and unable to retract from the retractors, and the clips that guide the seat belt are popping off the side panel. This prevents rear passenger from using the seat belt system, and a risk of injury to unbelted passengers in a vehicle crash. Dealer was notified, and informed the consumer that recall repairs was already performed by the previous owner.
