On 11/11/2001 I was involved in a automobile crash with my 1999 olds Intrigue. I was wearing my safety restraint properly, upon impact my safety belt didn't lock up and I was thrown into the windshield thus breaking the windshield. The vehicle was a total loss and is now at a salvage pool. Please advise if I need to put a hold on this vehicle going to auction until this problem can be examined further.
