While in funeral line and attempting to slow down to cross intersection, consumer applied brakes and brake pedal went to floor. A popping sound was heard prior to this. On another occasion, brakes failed rear ending another vehicle. Connecting rod from brake pedal that goes to the power booster to the master cylinder came loose.
