Consumer states while driving home vehicle stalled and would not start again, consumer has replaced fuel pump numerous times.

Vehicle experienced problem with stalling intermittently. Vehicle been in/out of dealer shop on seven occasions within thirteen months, and replaced fuel pump on four occasions, but problem is still reoccurring. In addition to stall outs and non starting, all the fuel poured on the ground the consumer does not feel safe driving the vehicle.
