I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A REASONABLE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM..

I LOVE THIS CAR .... I HAVE OWNED IT FOR 25 YEARS AND THE BEST I CAN GET IS 12 MPG
