The horn on the steering wheel is too hard to presse, dealer tried to fix it, however the problem still exists.

Dealer replaced horn system, owner's manual recommended to sound the horn, and press center pads on steering wheel. Consumer maintained that owner's manual did not say that there was a special place to press center pads. However, on this vehicle there was a specific place where the horn pads were located, and driver had to press very hard. Another vehicle almost backed into consumer's vehicle, and consumer could do nothing, but sit there.
