Contact's wife was involved in an accident. While she was pulling out from a stop light/sign an oncoming vehicle struck her vehicle from the side. Upon impact, the front air bags did not deploy. The vehicle has not been inspected to determine why the air bags failed to deploy. Did not know if the vehicle was involved in a previous accident.
