GENERAL MOTORS HAS DECIDED THAT A DEFECT WHICH RELATES TO MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY EXISTS IN CERTAIN VEHICLES. SOME OF THESE VEHICLES EXHIBIT A CONDITION IN WHICH THE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELTS DO NOT RETRACT DUE TO THE RETRACTOR RETURN SPRING BECOMING DISENGAGED FROM THE SPOOL SHAFT. *TT
