severe fuel smell when starting till car warms up

I bought this car brand new,off Freeman Olds-Mazda in Irving Tx,Dec.2004.There were only 2 Alero' left,one white and one black,I chose the black one . Almost a year later things started happening.The power train went out>??????!!! The brakes had to be changed? Transmission started leaking,had to fixed 2 or 3 times,same thing.Then Freeman stopped selling GM anything,I did not even know and went to get the oil changed then I found out.Then around 2006 or 7,when I started it in the morning it had and still does have a horrible fuel smell,how many brain cells have died while I sit there and let it warm up?Or my lungs damaged? In 2012,I was sitting at a red light at a VERY busy intersection and it just died.I tried and tried to start it and it would not.Well,the police came to get me out of the street and pushed me on to shopping center lot,and they tried thought it was the battery,for 30 minutes.Still did not start.I am physically handicapped and cannot walk for any distance.And have a wheelchair bound brother.I called Huffines Chevy on Coit,and Plano Parkway,they picked it up.They ran the diag.told me there wasn't anything wrong with it.I went home,and it did the same thing again,again they said there was nothing wrong,BS! then why won't it start? They finally said it was something with the fuel tank,so they fixed it! Took it home and it did the same thing.Took it back,nothing wrong,they don't know what is wrong.It doesn't do that with us,.it is my fault I don't know how to start a car?!!@#$$$%$##@.So I go to the bank that is almost 20 miles from my house,and guess what,again.They come and tow it,give me a loaner,and then tell me they ran the diag.They could not find their hand in their pocket!So,I contact GM for their lousy car I had 3 different people one after the other did not have the authority to do anything.Well,in 2009 they fixed the fuel pressure system. It was under warranty then.So,after weeks even though they charged me almost $900.00,ALL IT WAS,WAS A RELAY SWITCH,something so simple but all of those minds could not figure it out.

Well,I took it back in Sept.2013,to get the oil changed and to do the inspection.The rep comes out and tells me the fuel pressure system needs to be replaced,along with a EGR valve,it has all of these problems,and it will cost around $2,000.I am still paying on the almost 900.00,over a year later,I had to cash in my grandchildrens life ins to pay for it ,and I have to pay that back..I have family who suck the life out of me,with NO HELP in the 12 years they have lived there.So why couldn't Huffines given me the money back of unnecesary work.Or apply that money to the new problem?They would not even let me pay it out,but there is another Huffines Dodge down the street and they let my daughter pay hers out.I paid $24,000 for that piece of crap,and this is all of the trouble I have had with it,there is a lot more Ijust have the info with me at the time. Does anyone have any ideas to get them to fix it on their own.I am still riding around with no insp sticker,as it won't pass,but I have to have a car,for my brother,I have to be at the ready in case something happens to him,and have to pick up from his daycare,if he gets sick.He has epilepsy,quadraplegic,severely mentally retarded,and I have severe periphreal neuropathy,sciatica,has been 10 years since I have been to a mall or anywhere else,cause I cannot walk barely.Please help....

I don't have money to even put gas in the car.Where in Gods name am I going to come up with that kind of money? I don't have credit cards.I don't have any !!!!! extra money.
