The ignition lock did not fully engage the lock function, and allowed the key to be removed without engaging the "park" function on the automatic transmission.

While driving shifter button broke and the vehicle could not shift out of drive. Consumer stuck a screw driver where the button was to get the vehicle to shift into park. Vehicle was towed to the dealer, who fixed the shifter.
