I have A GL2 alero, I went out and bought rims and a razzi bodykit cold air intake the whole shabang a bang. Well while driving home from work my thermostat gauge sky rockets, cold air blowing through my vents in the middle of winter. Well i pull over and find out my car is smoking all over the place. I get it home finally while over heating and look under the hood in the garage and come to find out the head gasket is located in the middle of the &$%(&^ block! and its leaking for god sakes. So i call a local mechanics shop. They added this blue demon crap in my car got all over my block but it worked and still does. but the only problem is it costs $100+ a tube for this sht. works like magic tho. so if your having problems look for blue diamond or blue demon products works great for blown heads or gaskets, works as liquid glass when it cools.
now my water pump leaks so i got a new gasket. works like new. so if u have ne problems give me an email. im 21 and ive torn my own engine down and did everything to the coolant system and might be able to shed some light on your problem. Oh yeah. 3.4L v6 engines built by GM are sh*t all aluminum and plastic parts that break so easily ans are a bitch to replace let alone even get a wrench around.
