The contact owns a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. The vehicle was purchased on 02/08/07. After leaving the dealers she contact realized the signal lights were failing. Also the headlights failed. The failure mileage was 88,900. The dealer informed the contact that since they didn't purchase an extended warranty they were not responsible for the repairs. The contact viewed on NHTSA's website, and found recall campaign # 03V327000 concerning exterior lighting: Flashing warning lights: Switch. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was not part of the recall. The current mileage was 88,924.
