Brake rotors were replaced three times. Also when depressing brakes, pedal went to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance.

When applying brakes consumer will feel a vibration, and wheel will shimmy and rattle. Consumer took vehicle into dealer at 3,600 miles for oil change and was questioning the brakes, and was told by dealer that brakes had to be broken in. At 10,000 miles, consumer took vehicle back to dealer, and at that time dealer stated that they were just informed that the pads and rotors were not compatible, and both pads and rotors needed to be replaced.consumer was very upset because he felt that he should haven been notifiied about it and what to do.

This Alero is junk we have not been happy with it since we bought it.two paint jobs, brake work, transmission shifts too hard, car run hot, long list would like to have a car that isnt a hunk of junk
