After noticing my service engine soon light, i took my vehicle to the dealership for a diagnostic test. They processed to tell me that the 5th gear was not working and i needed an overhaul on the transmission. the torque converter, the seals and 5th gear was shot..... I have received a phone call from the dealership about every other week about status on the shipping of parts, but they are starting to be inconsistent.. One week they said the parts were on their way, this last Friday they advised me that the parts were on back order and they have no idea when they will be available..... it has now been 6 weeks, i want my vehicle back that i am paying for monthly. It is the beginning of winter and i have a small child, the 4 wheel drive is needed in the Wyoming winters.
